Challenge

JPMorgan Chase faced pressure to enhance employee productivity at scale while maintaining strict data security and compliance. Call center employees needed quick access to complex policy documentation, new employees required onboarding support, and developers needed coding assistance — all while protecting proprietary data.

Solution Approach

JPMC built an internal AI platform called LLM Suite that acts as a secure portal to access large language models without exposing company data. The platform includes EVEE Intelligent Q&A for call center agents, a general LLM Suite for content generation, and a coding assistant using GitHub Copilot integration.

Value Add

Within 8 months of launch, over 200,000 employees were onboarded, with more than half using the tools daily. Technology teams reported 10-20% productivity improvements from the coding assistant.
