Article 4 of the AI Act requires the deployers of AI systems - that is companies who use AI solutions - to take measures to support the development of AI literacy of their staff (and other persons working on their behalf).
But what does this mean in practice? In such trainings, you need to consider your employees' experiences, technical knwoledge and the context in which AI is applied. For many office jobs, in which your staff is using AI only as support and as components of third-party applications, it's often enough to achieve a basic understanding of how AI works, which risks it imposes and how you can use it safely. This training covers exactly that.
The training cover 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of Q&A. If relevant, we can adapt the content to your individual needs.
In this training, you will learn:
- •Basic understanding of how AI works.
- •Limitations of AI and how to use it safely.
- •Regulation through the AI Act, und what this means for your work.
- •Practical use of AI and selected best practices.
Your results at the end of the workshop:
- •AI literacy for your employees in everyday office use.
- •Certification to document the AI Act-compliant education of the participants.
