The workshop format is designed for a half-day (4 hours) by default — compact and to the point. Depending on the domain and context of your employees, we can easily adapt the examples in the training and focus more specifically on relevant technologies. If needed, the workshop can be extended to include an understanding of the most important EU regulations (like the EU AI Act or GDPR).

The workshop format is designed for 2 hours by default (also ideal as a virtual format). In a preliminary consultation, we will clarify your most pressing challenges beforehand so I can tailor the use case selection to your specific needs.

Target Audience: Primarily aimed at executives, department heads, and innovation managers—even without prior technical knowledge — who want to leave the hype behind and identify real AI potential for their team or company.
