AI Training & Workshops

You don't need to be a tech expert to create value with AI.

Artificial Intelligence is here to stay. But while the hype is massive, an alarming number of AI projects fail in practice. Translating these new technologies into real value remains a challenge.

However, I am convinced: you don't need to be a tech expert to create genuine value with AI. Just understanding the basic connections is a crucial advantage.

In my practical training sessions, I show executives and project managers how to demystify AI, identify lucrative use cases, and implement projects in record time—without risking million-dollar budgets.

Agile AI Implementation

From a real problem to the first prototype (MVP) — without endless planning phases.

AI projects fail all too often for a variety of reasons: spiraling costs without clear value, "toy" projects that miss the actual problems, or long preliminary projects just to set up the right data infrastructure. The result is paralysis: many managers know they need to use AI, but where and how do we start?

Do these problems sound familiar? Then it's time to bring more pragmatism to your AI projects!

Agile AI implementation focuses on the real problems of your employees and customers. We pick a burning issue, quickly build a simple solution (Minimum Viable Product), and involve users in a targeted way. In doing so, we improve the infrastructure exactly where the use case strictly requires it — rather than as an expensive standalone project.

In this intensive workshop, we leave theory behind. We replace months of strategy papers with speed, rapid validation, and pragmatic risk management.

In this training, you will learn:

  • Use Cases instead of Hype: How to identify processes where AI immediately saves time and money.
  • Mastering Risks: How to handle AI hallucinations, privacy concerns, and quality drops by setting clear "guardrails".
  • The MVP Strategy: How to pragmatically test solution ideas within a few days before releasing a large budget ("Fail fast, learn cheap").
  • Bringing Employees Along: How to reduce fears within the team and turn your workforce into drivers of the AI transformation.

Your results at the end of the workshop:

  • You won't fall into the trap of expensive "AI research projects," but will focus on measurable value ("Return on Investment").
  • You'll get a structured approach for your AI projects through a field-tested framework.
  • You'll know the relevant problem areas that guide your decision-making during projects.
  • Most importantly: You'll go home with a concrete 60-day action plan that shows you exactly what you need to do next Monday morning.

Understanding the Basics of Generative AI

The most important mechanics of the technology — clearly explained, without technical jargon.

Language models, image generators, and related solutions have enormous potential to fundamentally change how many domains work. Many employees already use well-known chatbots daily in their private lives. Yet, many of us still notice a huge gap in everyday business: where are the new tools we were promised?

It is up to you to introduce these new possibilities into everyday corporate life and use them where they can drive your company forward. It's important to be able to question false promises and understand what generative AI can actually deliver.

But don't worry: a solid understanding of the basic mechanisms will empower you to do just that. And that's exactly what we'll achieve in this training.

In this training, you will learn:

  • What generative AI is and how it differs from traditional AI.
  • How language models learn and image generators work — the basic principles explained understandably.
  • Strengths and weaknesses of AI systems, such as hallucinations, limits, and bias.
  • Safe and efficient use of AI tools to protect confidential data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations in everyday life.
  • The most significant application areas for generative AI where the technology can truly play to its strengths.

The workshop format is designed for a half-day (4 hours) by default — compact and to the point. Depending on the domain and context of your employees, we can easily adapt the examples in the training and focus more specifically on relevant technologies. If needed, the workshop can be extended to include an understanding of the most important EU regulations (like the EU AI Act or GDPR).

Target Audience: Primarily aimed at all employees without a technical background who want to use AI solutions in their daily work, and executives who want to better factor AI's possibilities into their decisions.

Discovering AI Potential - The Use Case Workshop

Copy what already works instead of reinventing the wheel.

With new technologies, the first steps are always the hardest. That's understandable: there's often a lack of concrete everyday experience and benchmarks. So where do we start? And how do we ensure our investments actually pay off?

The good news: you don't have to start from scratch. As individual as your company processes are, you share many daily challenges with countless other businesses.

In this intensive workshop, we don't just go through a list of random AI applications. Instead, we analyze field-tested use cases of generative AI and translate them directly into tangible ideas for your own company.

In this training, you will learn:

  • The framework to evaluate use cases by solution type and relevance.
  • Practical examples of roughly 5 to 7 use cases, tailored to your industry and challenges.
  • The transfer — together, we apply the use cases to your everyday business and distill 1 to 3 concrete solution approaches that you can pursue immediately.

The workshop format is designed for 2 hours by default (also ideal as a virtual format). In a preliminary consultation, we will clarify your most pressing challenges beforehand so I can tailor the use case selection to your specific needs.

Target Audience: Primarily aimed at executives, department heads, and innovation managers—even without prior technical knowledge — who want to leave the hype behind and identify real AI potential for their team or company.
